Height Requirement: At least a 9 foot ceiling.
Floor space: 8x8 feet.
Electricity: One electrical outlet near the
stage (within 8 feet).
Arrival time: One to two hours before show
time.
Set up time: Approximately 30 minutes.
Room size: Room should be large enough to
start seating the audience 9-12 feet from the
front of the stage (9 feet for chairs, 12 feet for
floor seating).
*Tips/Requests:
*Consider where the stage will be, beforehand
(Active fireplaces are dangerous and sunlit
windows behind the stage can be distracting
for the audience). Make sure no lights, or
other articles, hanging from the ceiling will
interfere with stage set-up.
*The set-up area should be clear of people
and furniture before we arrive.
*While we appreciate offers to help with
carrying the equipment and stage set-up, it is
not necessary and we are used to, and content
with, loading in and out by ourselves. Thanks
for offering, though!
